We begin with a Strategy Session to answer your questions, understand your concerns, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. If that's all you need, we stop there. If we agree the 3-Month Advisory Advocacy Services are the right fit, I'll issue a contract and get to work.

Services & Pricing Guide

  • A Strategy Session is your chance to ask an attorney anything about your child's IEP, evaluation results, school services, or the special education process itself. It works as a stand-alone service or as your first step toward ongoing support.

    If you've been wondering what your rights are, what to do next, or how to get your child the support they need, this is where we figure it out together.

    Strategy Sessions include:

    • 45-minute virtual session (via Zoom) focused entirely on your child’s needs

    • Review of your child’s current IEP or evaluation (up to 50 pages) before the session

    • Individual guidance, clear next steps, and answers to your most pressing questions to help you move forward with clarity and confidence

    *Strategy Sessions are a stand-alone service and do not create an ongoing attorney-client relationship. Additional services require a separate contract and payment.

  • Comprehensive file review and action plan followed by 3 months of 1:1 expert guidance to help carry your strategy from plan to progress.

    Advisory Services Include:

    • Personalized Strategy Development

      We will work 1:1 to create a customized roadmap that addresses your child’s unique needs and your advocacy goals.

    • Strategy Sessions

      Three (3) focused Zoom strategy sessions to prepare for meetings, review documents, or strategize your next moves in real-time.

    • Document Review & Analysis

      Receive ongoing expert analysis of new IEP documents and assessment reports as they arrive, with clear explanations of their implications and strategic recommendations for response.

    • Unlimited Communication Support

      Get answers to your questions between strategy sessions through the secure client portal, ensuring you never feel stuck or uncertain about your next advocacy step.

    • Done-With-You Document Drafting

      Transform your concerns into powerful written advocacy using proven templates and expert guidance so you can draft effective communication with your child’s school team.

    • Parent Education Resources

      Access to a growing library of how-to guides, document templates, and blog articles designed to deepen your understanding of special education advocacy.
