We begin with a Strategy Session to answer your questions, understand your concerns, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. If that's all you need, we stop there. If we agree the 3-Month Advisory Advocacy Services are the right fit, I'll issue a contract and get to work.

A Strategy Session is your chance to ask an attorney anything about your child's IEP, evaluation results, school services, or the special education process itself. It works as a stand-alone service or as your first step toward ongoing support.
If you've been wondering what your rights are, what to do next, or how to get your child the support they need, this is where we figure it out together.
Strategy Sessions include:
45-minute virtual session (via Zoom) focused entirely on your child’s needs
Review of your child’s current IEP or evaluation (up to 50 pages) before the session
Individual guidance, clear next steps, and answers to your most pressing questions to help you move forward with clarity and confidence
*Strategy Sessions are a stand-alone service and do not create an ongoing attorney-client relationship. Additional services require a separate contract and payment.
